Family Tree illustration

I prepared this version of the family tree in 2011. I no longer have the software to update it and it is now deficient in some places. 

It contains a lot more information than might be first apparent:

• • People and events are roughly aligned with the years shown at the top and the bottom. I did this to get an idea of how the different generations lined up over time.

  • Each person is colour coded to their country of birth. This clearly shows that our heritage is a mix of Scottish, Irish and English. I have since discovered that Henry Parry was probably Welsh!

  • People who arrived as convicts are shown by a code of 'CON' There are seven in the Ward side of the tree and none on the Kemp side!
