This final part of the book contains a series of appendices. 

• Appendix 1: Glossary and explanations. This provides some background to the measurements and terminology used in the periods discussed in this book.

• Appendix 2: Details of land holdings. Presented as tables, this section contains specific details of parcels of land that were found during research for this family biography. 

• Appendix 3: Shipping details. descriptions of the different types of vessels mentioned in the main chapters and also details of the vessels owned by the two family members involved in the shipping industry.

• Appendix 4: The Henderson Trusts. Details if the four trusts established under Robert Henderson's will.

• Appendix 5: Sources:  Details of some important sources used in the compilation of this family biography.
