Eric Ward and Lena Parry

Eric and Lena Ward were my grandparents and are the focal point of this part of my family biography.. Eric was the son Manasseh Ward and Madeline Henderson. Lena was the daughter of Bill Parry and Alice Miller.

Eric and Lena lived out their lives in Gosford. In many ways they were the last of the pioneering generation and while they lived until the 1960s, they stuck to many of the old ways. Eric never owned a motor car or held a driver's license.
